This Section covers some of our policies

Appointments: Our office is fully computerized which allows us to efficiently schedule appointments for you and your pet. Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments Monday 8am - 6pm, Tuesday through Friday 8am - 5pm.  Beginning October 2010, we are also open Saturdays 9am - 2pm.

Emergency Veterinary Care: Available during our regular business hours, for our valued clients and for new clients as scheduling permits.  After hours and on holidays, contact Valley Animal Medical Center in Indio at 760-342-4711.  If you prefer a specialist, California Veterinary Specialists has an office in Murrieta: 951-600-9803.

Types of Pets Seen:  Country Club Animal Clinic's services are limited to dogs and cats at this time.

Payment: Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

Country Club Animal Clinic accepts payment via cash, debit card (with proper ID), MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. 

If none of these options are available to you, we also accept Care Credit, a medically-oriented revolving credit line that gives you a choice between "90 days same as cash" or convenient extended payment plans.  You can easily apply online: http://carecredit.com/
